Do I Need to Sign a Contract?
Yes. It is important for our clients to understand our terms and conditions. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to signing our agreement.
For every event the client will agree to notify Asado at least two weeks before the function with the final number of persons that will attend. If the caterer is not notified, the number of persons noted on the original event budget will be considered the final number. If the actual number of guests exceeds this number, every effort will be made to serve these guests. If more food is required this will be invoiced after the event.
What Forms of Payment do You Accept?
We accept payment in the form of cash, personal check, corporate check, and Debit. A fee of $35 will be charged for all returned checks.
Deposit, Tastings & Cancelation Policy
Upon your decision to choose Asado Wood Fired Grill, we require a Date Reservation Deposit of 50% and a signed FAQ, invoice and Policy Agreement.
A 10% deposit of the discussed menu is required if you would like a tasting before booking. Upon deciding to choose Asado, we will take the remaining 40% deposit for the Date Reservation.
The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the event date.
In the result that a cancellation is required the client will forfeit the original deposit amount requested and received by Asado Foods. If a cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the event date, 100% of the quoted total amount will be charged.
