Do I Need to Sign a Contract?
Yes. It is important for our clients to understand our terms and conditions. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to signing our agreement.
For every event the client will agree to notify Asado at least two weeks before the function with the final number of persons that will attend. If the caterer is not notified, the number of persons noted on the original event budget will be considered the final number. If the actual number of guests exceeds this number, every effort will be made to serve these guests. If more food is required this will be invoiced after the event.
What Forms of Payment do You Accept?
We accept payment in the form of cash, personal check, corporate check, and Debit. A fee of $35 will be charged for all returned checks. If credit card payments are required, a 3% fee will apply.
Deposit, Cancelation Policy
Upon your decision to choose Asado Wood Fired Grill, we require a non-refundable Date Reservation Deposit of 20% and a signed FAQ,
The payment schedule is as followed:
12 months prior or later: 20% non-refundable deposit due
6 months prior: 30% payment due
30 days prior: Final balance, final guest count and final menu changes due
Asado Wood Fired Grill is aware that unexpected occurrences can cause a wedding to be postponed or cancelled. If a client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the event, 50% of the contract total will be owed to Asado Wood Fired Grill. If client requests cancellation 31-44 days before the event, 75% of the contract total will be owed to Asado Wood Fired Grill. After 30 days in advance of the event, Asado Wood Fired Grill shall be entitled to 100% of the contract total. In the event that the wedding will be rescheduled, 100% of funds previously paid will be credited to the rescheduled event.
