20lb each, rubbed w/ olive oil and generously coated in fresh cracked pepper and rock salt for the bark we all love. Feel free to add on gravy. . we don’t judge

40lb each, rubbed w/ olive oil and generously coated in fresh cracked pepper and rock salt for the bark we all love. 

 

MEDITERRANEAN LAMB ROAST
Minimum party of 30. Seasoned w/ our house made Greek seasoning and roasted for 8hours. Served with lamb jus
